Has Economics and MBA degrees from Haigazian University, with a graduate thesis focusing on economic development in developing and emerging countries.
Araz is a team member at the Goguikian Foundation from 2011, she strongly believes in the Foundation’s missions and is an advocate of active citizenship, women and youth empowerment and fair public sector participation in the country.
She has worked with the staff and scholars of the Foundation on different community development projects in the area of Bourj Hammoud and the Armenian community and is currently working on sustainable economic development projects across Lebanon.

Carina Mouchoyan
9 years of experience as a social worker in the Armenian Relief Cross in Lebanon, and assistant project coordinator in Goguikian for 5 years and currently the financial aid officer at Haigazian University.
Mrs. Soheila Y. Hayek has broad experience in charitable projects and philanthropy including projects in Mexico with Fundo Unido, in the UK with the Chiltren’s American Women’s Organization, in Lebanon with the Carlos slim Foundation and various local projects in the United States.
Mrs. Hayek, who holds degrees in psychology and management & marketing, has a special interest in community development projects, the cause of the children and education, and has been involved in several development projects in Lebanon.
