The Jean Goguikian Scholarship was designed to educate and train future Lebanese leaders for careers in the public sector. Between 2009 and 2014 , 22 scholarships were granted to brilliant students enthusiastic about careers in the Public Sector.  After graduation, a vast majority of these scholars have worked to empower Lebanon at the Foreign Ministry , the Ministry of State for Women’s Affairs, the WHO, the UN, the Danish Relief Fund, the Fondation Merieux and at support institutions in Lebanon helping students with learning difficulties.
 
In all, these scholars offered in excess of  10,000 hours of community service, more than 5,000 hours of free special education, 4,300 hours of work on a local Recycling project, among others.
