In order to educate the public in general, and the youth in particular, about the New Electoral Law, and encourage voting, particularly among the first-time voters, The Goguikian Foundation sponsored the production of a 10–video series on the New Electoral Law.
Halla2 Wa2ta is a series of 10 Videos that explain the New Electoral Law. It was the brainchild of Romain Assaad a USJ Political Science Master Student who along with his two colleagues wrote the new Electoral law in a simple format and the Goguikian Foundation sponsored the making of the Videos based on his writings.
